Please note that I get a lot of random messages so provide some indication of why you are making contact. A message that says only “hi,” with no other context, I will generally ignore. Something like “I have a story for you,” I am more likely to respond to.

Take caution with your communications! If you have a high level of concern about your employer, consider where you are messaging from. Using a work-issued computer is ill-advised.
